WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Orders over $200 before tax qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
We ship all orders through Canada Post. Shipping is calculated based on your postal code.
Return shipping and all associated costs, will be the sole responsibility of the customer, no charges will be incurred by Romeo + Juliet. Orders from the US will be required to pay for shipping on returns. Any duties, taxes, COD, or fees incurred on return packages from the US will be deducted from the final refund total.
If you decide to return your order, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded. Any fees incurred on return packages will be deducted from the final refund total. This includes any duties, taxes, COD.

For all orders outside of North America, we're happy to ship to you too, but we'll need more information from you first. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the shipping options to your country.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
We try our best to ship within 5-7 business days of receiving your order. During holidays and peak sale times this may be delayed. We will notify you if we are out of stock or back ordered on an item.
Please note: Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and holidays.

CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
Romeo + Juliet will email you a tracking number once your package has been shipped, so be sure to check your email and junk mail folder. If you do not receive one, please email us at email@example.com and we will update you with the status of your order. Please keep in mind that if you place your order on a Thursday, Friday, or a holiday, it may not get shipped out until the following week.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange or issue a credit note on regular-priced, new merchandise within 14 days from the date of the original purchase.
Merchandise must not be washed/dry cleaned, worn, altered or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.
All sale items, intimates, undergarments, swimwear, socks, hosiery, jewelry, cosmetics, gift cards and layaways are a final sale. Sorry, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.
TO MAIL YOUR RETURN
All returns must be sent back to Romeo + Juliet within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and all associated costs, will be the sole responsibility of the customer, no charges will be incurred by Romeo + Juliet.

Processing Time: We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. A refund will be credited back to your original payment method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
When the payment is made in cash then the refund shall be processed by mode of NEFT/cheque. Glamly will make refund NEFT/Cheque only in the registered name of the customer.
When the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of online payment) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment is made.
When a refund is to be made due to sizing issues from customer's end (for apparel and footwear) then the amount will be refunded in the form of Credit Voucher.
We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step. When we validate your return, we send you a return authorization mail.
At the closure of your refund, we shall send you a closure mail.
In rare cases of Damaged/Defective/Incorrect product received, you need to inform us within 48 hours of Delivery.
Online refunds will be done in 4 to 5 Business days.
